We begin tonight with Mayor Walsh's new budget plan--with more fees, and more investment in housing and transportation. Investment in housing and programs for the homeless would increase by forty-five percent, with most of the additional money from a new levy on short-term rentals. Earlier today, parts of Boston were hit with severe traffic delays because of a crash between Route Ninety-three and the Tobin Bridge.
