We begin tonight with a double shooting early this morning that left one person killed and another injured. Police believe the shooting happened a little before one a-m on Percival street in Dorchester, near Ronan Park. Governor Bakers says additional leadership changes at the Registry of Motor Vehicles will have to wait for completion of an outside review. The review was triggered by revelations that the Registry failed to act on thousands of driver infractions reported by other states. Yesterday, near Government Center, groups of climate activists were protesting emissions from leaks in natural gas pipelines.
