We begin tonight with the new leadership team for the Boston City Council. The council president, Kim Janey, has appointed one of its new members, Kenzie Bok, to chair the committee on ways and means. Janey and Councilor Ed Flynn want explore new safety measures for parking garages. This follows three cases last year involving suicides at a garage owned by Northeastern University. The F-B-I's asking for help trying to arrest a student from China who recently studied at Boston University. A warrant has been issued for Yang Qing Ye, for acting as an agent of a foreign government, visa fraud, conspiracy, and making a false statement.
